As the people waited for the coming of the Messiah two thousand years ago, so we wait for Jesus to come again, bringing  healing and mercy and peace to the world. Today we are spending   Advent in the shoes of Joseph. Can you imagine what it was like for Joseph? He was already distraught with Mary being pregnant.  Should he listen to the angel and marry her?  Of course he should, but what would   people think?  What about their plans as a couple?  Were they all changing now?  What do you do when God confronts you and asks to come into your life?
